Delivery:
Usually we keep units in stock which can be dispatched on the next day. If we have to build unit which is not avaialble in stock rough production time is 13 -20 working days. Transportation usually takes 4-5 working days. (this time migh vary so it would be best to contact us if timing is important for you). Delivery time around Christmas might take 3-7 working days more than usual.
When the treadmill is in your city you will receive a call from the local transport company to arrange best delivery time for you.
The shipping of the treadmills is with FedEx (or DHL), an express-door delivery service (the treadmill will be delivered to your home). If you need other delivery options, please contact us. We can check for cheaper delviery to airport.
Dog Gear products with weight more than 2 kg in Europe are delivered by courier to your door and you are supposed to receive a call before they come.
Running chutes, training springs and break sticks are delivered with regular posts and if you are not at home they will leave a letter to pick it from closest office.
Smaller products sent outside Europe will be delivered by regular post service and you will receive a letter from local post office once it is received there.
Before signing the documents for delivery please check carefully if the package is not damaged from shipping. Even if the delivery man have to wait for a while.If there is some damaged from transportation please note that in the documents you are supposed to sign and make picture in order transport back to be refunded. We recommend to open the parcel and check if everything is fine before signing documents from transport company.
Returns
Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since the delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
The inability of the owner to use the treadmill with their dogs could not be a reason for return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund once we receive the product.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Given the value of our products, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

The shipping prices listed on our website cover transportation costs only. Any additional import fees or taxes for countries outside our economic union are the responsibility of the receiver and will be paid locally upon delivery.
