Access to this Website is permitted on a temporary basis. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Services without notice. We are not liable if the Website is unavailable at any time.

Terms of Sale

By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product subject to these Terms.

Dispatch times may vary due to production schedules, logistics, or force majeure events.

Force majeure includes but is not limited to war, natural disasters, pandemics, import restrictions, and other events beyond our control.

You must be over 18 years old and authorized to use the payment method provided.

(a) Our Contract

A legally binding contract between the customer and Siminvest Ltd (www.firepaw.eu) is formed at the moment payment is received by Firepaw.

Order confirmation emails serve as confirmation of the accepted order but do not delay or replace the formation of the contract.

By completing payment, the customer confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and acknowledges that production may begin immediately.

(b) Pricing and Availability

All prices are subject to change. Errors may occur. If a pricing error is identified, the customer will be offered the option to reconfirm or cancel.

Delivery costs may apply and are shown at checkout.

(c) Payment

Upon receiving your order, a standard authorization check is performed. Once payment is received, it is treated as a deposit and then as full consideration for the ordered goods.

(d) Discount Coupons

Only one discount code may be used per order. Discount codes are valid only when provided directly by Firepaw or an official affiliate partner.

Discount codes:

• Are non-transferable

• Cannot be combined unless explicitly stated

• Have no cash value

• May be revoked in cases of abuse

Cancellation of Orders (Custom & Made-to-Order Products)

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of Firepaw products, order cancellation with a full refund is possible only within 2 business days after payment is received.

If production has already started, or if the treadmill is manufactured with custom colors, custom specifications, or personalized features, a full refund cannot be guaranteed, as such products may be difficult to resell.

If a refund is approved:

• All banking fees, transaction costs, and payment processor commissions are the responsibility of the customer

• Non-recoverable production or customization costs may be deducted from the refund amount

(e) Refunds

Refunds are processed only after returned items are received and inspected.

Refunds are not issued in cases of force majeure.

Delays in refunds may occur due to banking processes.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available only for defective or damaged items that render the product unusable.

Lack of understanding of operation, maintenance, or setup does not constitute grounds for return or refund.

Only official website orders or confirmed email correspondence are considered valid documentation.

Import Policy

Firepaw prepares export documentation. Import duties, taxes, and regulations are the responsibility of the buyer and vary by country or state.

Safety and Maintenance Compliance

All safety instructions and maintenance guidelines must be strictly followed. Failure to do so releases the manufacturer from liability.

Disclaimer of Liability

All materials are provided “as is.” Firepaw is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, except where prohibited by law.

This does not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Bulgarian courts.
