Important Care Instructions:
To maximize the lifespan of your treadmill and maintain warranty coverage, it is crucial to keep it away from moisture and water exposure. Damage caused by moisture, such as rust, is not covered under the warranty. We strongly recommend using Firepaw treadmills indoors, as outdoor use may damage the paint and affect the longevity of certain parts.

Phoenix Treadmills
- 18-month warranty: Full functionality for the running belt, main aluminum wheels, bearings, fasteners, speed computer, disc brake, and frame.
- Exclusions: Moisture-related damages such as rust are not covered. Outdoor use may reduce the lifespan of the treadmill.
- Small Running Plastic Red Wheels (50 mm):
- 12-month warranty.
- Useful life varies based on training intensity, speed, and dog weight, ranging from 12 to 30 months.
- Silicone Wheels: 24-month warranty.
- Spare small wheels are included in every treadmill package. Only 5 to 10 wheels in the stepping area may wear out after extended use. Additional spare wheels can be purchased at €4 per piece (for silicone wheels).
